We provide wide range of services on construction and implementation of commercial contractual relations between public and private sectors. Our team advice in public-private partnership area and similar forms of cooperation between business and government. We will provide legal support for the transfer of state property and municipal ownership to concession, management, conclusion of joint venture agreements, as well as support privatization procedures, lease of state property and municipal ownership, transfer seized property to management.

During the tenure in public area, our team participated in development of amendments to most legal acts in public-private partnership area in Ukraine. Our partners have been personally involved in drafting the latest legislation on bankruptcy, privatization and concessions.
